Its really a gamble. You can absolutely move Kuzma this summer but you're swimming in limited waters. You expand the pool significantly with Grant's salary but his contract length sets you back all over again. Mannnnn

Some version of this trade has been kicking around in my (and others) head for so long now. And I can't decide. I really can't decide. Pro: Grant makes more, which gives you more options next summer when you add the picks for a better costar. Con: there's so much time in Grant's deal, still poison.

It's crazy, right? Apparently he drives so much traffic they can't stop even when he says, "hey chill for the season," but not so much traffic that they ever sell/promote him as a face of the league character any other time/space. They exist only to speculate and torment.

They do have to cut like 4 guys. He does play the position they need. They have 2 2 ways I wouldn't bat an eye waiving. They have had way more success reviving 2nd draft guys. I'm just monitoring!!

People are *awful* at predicting the future. Downright miserable at it. Verifiably. Don't resign yourself to an inevitability no one can predict anyway. We move. We acknowledge the short comings/gaps/issues, the truth in each moment, problem solve it and act on it. That's it. From here to June.

I can't be less impressed with Coffey. Prince has been what I expected. Maybe a little more aggressive but the same guy. For all the hope maybe familiarity would help Amir start fast and fill a hole, he's been the same uninspiring guy he just was. I'm with you. I don't think there's a gap to protect

I have a very real suspicion that Amir isn't better than Livingston. Maybe he's kicking his ass in practice but there's been nothing through 2 preseason games to suggest otherwise
