Hi! I'm Meg! My full time storyboard gig supports my chronic comic and OC making habit. I draw a lot of beefy dudes, monsters, and wall crawly guys. I'm working on a comic pitch packet, and many (too many) other things.

Jacob, a seven and a half foot tall, hulking, masked, and drooling mountain of muscle, stands with confused bewilderment next to a knockout blonde, Kaylee, who is bedecked in classic 80s fashion. They are a slasher and a camp counselor, and they're in love.

The Unnamed God, an entity of indiscernible height, stands looking down to the the viewer. The sun hangs between his horned crown. His eyes are empty sockets. He looks like a deer, but he could just as easily be hiding in the corpse of one. He is from the webcomic Daughter of the Lilies.

Panel 1: Spider-Man is shoved down into a hospital bed by a woman of unremarkable height and stature.
Panel 2: Spider-Man, stunned, asks the ceiling "how did you do that." in a weak voice with no question mark.
The woman shakes her hands at him in an anger she cannot do anything with. She yells, "YOU HAVE SO MANY DRUGS IN YOU."

Today's Art Tips are about Character Design!

- TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM ASYMMETRICAL DESIGNS. The constant double checking gets real old, real quick.

- implify the color palette to one hue to get an instantaneous "read"! Ppl can easily track who is who if they associate them with a specific color.

Forgiveness must be earned FROM THE PEOPLE YOU EXPECT IT FROM, and even then that's a step waaaaay down the line after SELF REFLECTING AND ACCEPTING THAT YOUVE FUCKED UP FIRST. WRITERS NEED TO SHOW EVERY STEP, NOT JUST SKIP TO THE LAST ONE.
