Yesterday would have been John Lennon's 85th birthday. Come have a read of the article myself and the LUXE Magazine Japan team made earlier this year. When we visited John and Yoko's favourite hotel in Karuizawa. On what turned out to be the snowiest day of the year in the town.

We took the MINI John Cooper Works to The Mampei Hotel, to do our interview and shoot the article about John Lennon and Yoko Ono's visits. Very happy we did, as it turned out to be the snowiest day of the year and the car coped perfectly. Here we see the MINI outside the front entrance of the hotel, in the snow and looking great in its red and black colour scheme.

Pre-dawn at the Prambanam temple complex in Jojgakarta, Indonesia. Light begins to hit the edges of the temple buildings statues and structures. Low clouds and most in the background. Pwaceful and calming.

Made this photo in 2013, whilst there on assignment for Haneda Airport. Part of a large commission to shoot 16x2metre panoramas for a big digital screen in the new international terminal that opened in 2014.
