It took the Soviets 15 years to produce thousands of T-72 series and most of them rotted. They’re already out of date and vulnerable even in the T-90 guise, they’re wasting money they don’t even have on yesterday’s war. Let them get on with it. Not that they ever will. They’re essentially bankrupt.

It’s still comparative. By the Russian measurement to grasp the length of this war and how badly it’s progressing for Russia. I understand your point and sympathise with it but the comparison remains valid. It’s not worthy of censorship because some people don’t approve of the comparisons validity.

I think that’s stretching it a bit. You could argue it’s started in 1931 with the invasion of Manchuria and the establishment of the Manchukuo Protectorate with former Chinese emperor Henri Pu-Yi as its puppet leader.
Or 1936 with the Italian invasion of Abyssinia.

And that’s where he is right now. The Aliyev apology was cringeworthy in the extreme- Aliyev looked like that cat that got the cream and didn’t even look at Putin as he leant in to quietly offer his apology almost hoping the cameras wouldn’t see or hear it. I bet that wasn’t shown in Moscow TV.

Ukrainian Air Assault Forces repelled a major Russian assault on the Dobropillia axis. Russians attempted to capture Vodymyrivka and Sofiivka using 6 tanks, ~40 IFVs, 40+ vehicles, and several hundred troops. Ukraine destroyed 3 tanks, 13 IFVs, 41 vehicles, and eliminated around 100 personnel.
