You seem utterly unaware of Scotland's new, permanent renewable energy future, that is already generating energy in excess of Scotland's needs.
Also, despite the dates you claim O&G has been in decline, in 2022 it generated record revenues for WM, so how can your claim "that bird has flown" be true?

Nations are free to choose their path, and Westminster has stated as much on the record for places like NI, Gibraltar and the Falklands et. al.

Why does WM treat Scots differently in this area of Human Rights?

The key here, is it's NOT shutting them down.
It's regulating them more effectively, freezing people's assets who aren't playing ball.

You cannot argue that away by proving, in addition, that you don't know anything about the UK, Scotland, devolution and the differences that still remain between the nations.
