Nations are free to choose their path, and Westminster has stated as much on the record for places like NI, Gibraltar and the Falklands et. al.

Why does WM treat Scots differently in this area of Human Rights?

The key here, is it's NOT shutting them down.
It's regulating them more effectively, freezing people's assets who aren't playing ball.
We've all seen this is easily doable for a few fall guys (and girls).

The UK national assets are circa £13T.
You cannot argue that away by proving, in addition, that you don't know anything about the UK, Scotland, devolution and the differences that still remain between the nations.
e.g. Scottish water remains in Scots public ownership.

You also forgot to mention the share of assets (£13T).
Does England plan to only share debt?

In very simple terms:

UK National Debt (2025) £2.9T
UK National Asset value (2024) £13T

8%by pop. share of debt: £232Bn
8% by pop. share of assets: £1.04T

Seems fair.
But, I suspect you'll support England when they don't want to play fair, e.g. by trying to partition Scotland as a parting gift.

That's what I wrote.
When Scotland leaves, it will take its fair share of UK debt AND a fair share of UK assets.
It can't be said Scotland has only created debt and no assets.
That would be nonsense.
The UK near always calculates using population as a measure (per capita)
