I'll microwave 'baked' potatoes, because I'm lazy, but honestly most end up in soups/casseroles/etc in my house.

But, yeah, even mashed keep the skins in my house. I want that little bit of different texture/flavor!

Yup, we just use a vegetable brush on ours, even if they're from the local farm. I don't remove skins though l.
