i like that bluesky has the "dont even show me this exist" kinda function in their moderation setting.
why cant they add "non con" section there. thats the real consent we need anyways. the ones involve real breathing human ppl. as in not fictional characters.

(ppl cope with their victimhood trauma by engaging with fictional materials. while there are ppl who share the victimhood experiences and rather because of it they cant even see these fictions exist. i think to help them all we have to tag/flag/CW/zone efficiently. i think thats the best/only way.)

looking at tumblr doing this im like "vgen couldve done this on their platform when the scammers were messing around there 😢" esp cuz in the same time frame they were doing another type of pop up notif like this saying "standardized license is a thing now update your ToS by this date or else!!😁"

the "why you use me as a convenient tool" sentiment isnt rly caused by them just venting altho ppl can disrespect me via venting in of itself its cool. i am very very willing to provide safe spaces. if im safe there too that is. and a lot of times i am. them venting in our DM isnt a problem for me.

honestly im truly glad when a total stranger kinda come to my DM to vent cuz they see my politic yap posts and they find me safe enough to do so. im totally open for it. im glad that they finally have someone. i will give them reassurance 1000 times if needed even.
