-helps push the rut away as well. However if you find these not working then it never hurts to take a break and rest your brain to recharge and get creative again that way as well.

🔧 Try and few warm up exercises regardless of your medium. Drawing a bunch of cubes and lines can help but also try making a music Playlist and draw the first thing that pops into your head when the song starts, then stop and repeat on the song after that etc etc. It helps force the ideas out and-

I’ve been thinking about this today after spending almost 2 hours trying to draw a single pose sketch of a character… being able to tolerate the frustration and push through when it becomes hard (and it almost always does) is the main trait that you can develop to improve your art
