I've always heard that the PS2 version of 2 is like the PS1 version of 1 (worse than Saturn), but even worse.

2 was developed for Dreamcast, as was 1 for Saturn, so I imagine that's why those versions are the best.

I say that as someone who has beaten Deadly Premonition. I don't have any desire to play the sequel because of the transphobia, though.
