Context: in the game you're given missions by The Elder Dead God Who Waits, the One True Powerful Immortal Bishop-Demon of the New Faith, demanding both blood and the sacrifice of his enemies to be ressucitated.

And then you can hire him as a cute little cat for your camp :3

That said, there seems to be an exploit where you can get both in their mating tent (this is a more adult game than the toonish aesthetic lets you expect okay) at the same time and if you do that they're grossed out.

Fact is, the game's official account took the time to specify that, although Goat is Lamb's mirror image, it is not related to them by blood. So, you know. Do with that what you will.
