Yeah, it was that skepticism of the monopoly of the state on violence, and authority. It is why I eventually would find myself more attracted to anarchist thinkers in contrast to Marxist ideas

I think it was my early foray in libertarianism that made me also consider anarchism and the various ideas contained within that later on and shape more of my modern political ideas.

Eventually, as I saw the libertarian movement become more batshit, and more reactionary.- like it was the early tea party years, I initially broke with the idea and began my exploration of other politics. I would eventually meet "libertarians" at uni who were full throated fascists

I was a libertarian teenager, I discovered Ayn Rand and Altas Shrugged in my teens. Absolute brain poison really, but there was something appealing in, rugged individualism, defining yourself and being queer, that kind of thing resonated with me and the economics thay shapped my early politics

Corbyns new political project seems to be endlessly devolving into an absolute clownshow.- like, I get the appeal of, we want to have it as a grass roots democratic organisation, but as the person spearheading it you set the tone and he has ceded all the ground for transphobes

Absolute journalistic malpractice really isnt it.- like ive spent time in countries with digital ID in some variation, all of them are a light touch and very focused in their purpose.

One thing I learnt being in the IT industry in-house, is scope creep can kill and infrastructure project

JKR spends all her time on twitter vilifying trans people, she seems to get a sick enjoyment out of the idea of trans people suffering. She is no working class hero like she wants to pretend she is, she is a middle class bigot with so much wealth, who is at this point beyond reasoning with

Ultimately if as an actor, your agent isnt making you aware of how toxic this brand is becoming, they are doing a shit job as your agent. Like, Harry Potter is becoming the transphobia brand whether people want to admit it or not.

Like, if it wasnt obvious years ago, it is now.

This is a really important point; the HP brand is so tied to JKR, it ultimately is associated with her transphobia. + it contributes to her wealth and cultural capital keeping her relevant.

Questions will be asked about people's stance if they get involved.- I think its important to ask

if you accept work in harry potter of course interviewers are constantly gonna ask you about your views on trans ppl

I love the fact they go, look at Estonia (and when you look at the Estonian model for Digital ID, it is designed and functions in ways that are unintrusive and also doesn't include vast private sector involvement) - it is not all encompassing like the proposals the British Gov are considering.
