It's a nice bit of confluence between fluff and rules. The Skaven are really fast, so it's easy to overextend yourself. And their Ld is terrible (and can never get any better), so as soon as you start taking losses you're really tempting a rout. It's a real "Haha I am a genius/Oh no!" feeling.

let's do some extremely guesstimate math
One Piece has 1128 chapters, google says it take ~10 min to read a chapter of any given manga.
11280 minutes of One piece, or 188 hours.

let's assume you are only able to schedule 4 hours per week to commit to One Piece. You could get up to speed in 47 weeks
