I just learned of a concept called “managing up” in a work hierarchy and this might be a good skill to develop.

Like my current job would benefit a lot; though I still hate it and I’m really hoping I passed my piss test.

Why can’t a piss test be like, you piss and someone goes “that was great”.

Baylor has a lot of problems. I'm happy to root for other schools, but none can ever truly replace my alma mater, and my experiences there from age 18-23.

So I break out my school pride occasionally. The big game today, against our main rival TCU, is a good occasion to do so.
