Just know that however frustrated you might be by the pace of my output, know that I'm at least 10 times moreso. Last night I couldn't fall asleep because I was thinking about the next two games I want to make after MonLib is finished & it was killing me
I'd really like to start the pitching/planning process for a 4th issue of AAA but currently all my time is split between work on MonLib, work on BP Games promo stuff, work on the Tourney of Tyranny light novel, and a course I'm taking

For extra damage: specifically request a team lead. Our place was split into lead agents and team leads, the TLs were not supposed to be taking supe calls, but would if they were adamant enough. Do this. They have other important shit to do and management will notice more if it doesn't get done.

My advice, as a former call center supervisor, is to fish for ways to escalate your call to a supervisor. Upper management HATES when the supe call cue is long. We used to be in perpetual callback hell back where I worked and they constantly devoted extra resources to combating it.
Spoke to my source familiar with internal workings at Mastercard. The holiday call campaign re payment processor censorship is working, there is a lot of pressure being felt from your calls. This is resulting in increased response times at a core moment for Mastercard due to the holiday season

The lines are getting clogged from calls and Mastercard is feeling very pressured, they're looking into how to act in response. They're collecting information on callers to have a better understanding of who is calling in re the censorship issue

We did something different with the credits for Demonschool. We used this format: name, title, lengthy description of what they did. Often you see credits in games where you don't know what the credited developer was actually responsible for. We wanted to give people proper, actual credit.
