Oh so it's not just us? I know they've had some health issues and stuff but we literally ordered last October and they also did a push to sell the leftover stock at one point and we still didn't have our order shipped. I'm just entirely fed up with it. We're trying to contest the charges now

I know lots of people got their orders and that's great. But at this point I feel super scammed. We've been told multiple times that the order was going to ship and it never has. And being in Canada we'd now get slammed with tarrifs which didn't exist a whole year ago when we ordered.

I really didn't want to make this post, but our DM's haven't been answered so I don't know what else to do. Our order from @cookiestraw.bsky.social never shipped and it's been nearly a whole year since we ordered it. At this point I just want a refund. Just a really disappointing experience.
