Most times it’s usually worse in our heads, than how the actual real life scenarios turn out. Sometimes it just on learning to move through the uncomfortable feeling while doing it. Good things wait on the other side of the uncomfortable feeling 🥹💜

Therapy helped me a lot with that over the years. Sometimes I still get anxiousness about initiating certain convos though. 💜

Now that it a possibility you’re aware of. You can do something about it to shift for the future. I used to be be like this, I would always wait/didn’t know how to say it or didn’t have tools to communicate effectively.
