Stretching is a big one. Squats and eating more protien to help build and matain the muscle you are building. That will help long term. While thst mucle is building, direct application patches with lidocaine or at least icy-hot/tiger balm will help both during and after.

I'm pretty sure I have voted in every election I was eligible to since I was 18. Maybe it was growing up near DC or turning 18 in 1996 with all that was going on then but it has always been a thing.
