Have read, and totally believe, there's the equivalent of a bounty for each person kidnapped, brought in. Again, have read it's as much as $1500 per headcount. Seeing such atrocious behavior in what looks to be a most peaceful neighborhood is absolutely unacceptable. So sorry for this young woman.
