Auch die Folgen sind jetzt absehbar: Höhere Kosten für Europa, neue Fluchtbewegungen, humanitäre Notlagen, weitere russische Luftangriffe, globale Wahrnehmung der Schwäche der Europäer, die ihren großen Worten zur Verteidigung Europas nicht genug Taten folgen lassen. Bitter. 3/3

What does Kharkiv’s deepest underground school look like, where sunlight was traded for safety?

Three floors below ground, there is an elevator for children with disabilities. Over 1,600 students in 2.5 shifts, which is still a tiny drop for the city as large as Kharkiv.

I'm still amazed! I can't get over her visiting Kherson, one of the most dangerous places in Ukraine, where Russians hunt civilians with drones for sport and entertainment.
