Perfectionism in ADHD brains can be the result of criticism, low self-esteem, or Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), etc. It can make you feel stuck.

The goal is progress, not perfection. You’re allowed to start imperfect, show up unfinished, and iterate.

Ahh. And as an autistic person who analyses people's actions to an unhealthy degree 😅.. her leaving Hampton felt normal to me as she often does not consider people's well-being or basic regard when she's hyper tuned into her plans or goals. People are often just means to an end. Interesting point!

2) I ended up sticking to that challenge! I learned to mix, I made due, I curbed my spending. And eventually I would reward myself with tubes when pans needed filling. I would use tubes as rewards for getting other goals done. But this is how I ended up with a mix lol. It taught me discipline.

1) You noticed, eh? lol. So I am AuDHD and I have been guilty of impulsive spending. Although I am proud to say that I have developed really great tools in the last 3 years! I challenged to myself of only buy one small travel set of 12 pans and I wasn't allowed to buy anything else until it was gone

Pareidolia often presents differently for me. I don't see a lot of faces in random stimuli, but I will see shapes or objects. This will usually cause me to intentionally visualize the rest of the image I want to see, directly on top of the stimuli.
