Rest isn’t laziness — it’s a need. For ADHD brains, rest can look different and that's okay. It’s whatever helps your nervous system settle and gives you a recharge without stressing out your brain. You don’t have to earn rest or figure it out alone. 💚

I have a lot of opinions about what I believe is an unnecessary add on. Can we also point out its traditional "female responsibility" roots? Talk about adding to the mental load. Planning a wedding? Let's add on more. Having a Baby? Let's add on more. Disabled? No exceptions. Norm change please! 🙌🏼
Being called “strong” can feel dismissive. We don’t always want praise—we want to be seen. Tired is valid. Vulnerable is valid. You don’t have to be resilient every day to be worthy. 💚
