• Truespeak in ToM was absolutely shit; thankfully, someone rebalanced it to be usable for 3.5e.

As such, Taci uses the Book of Words revision of Truespeak, which makes it much less difficult to even consider. For example, Speak Unto The Masses is acquired at 11th level, as opposed to 17th.
