additional context: it wasnt some designer clothing brand, it was being sold at the grocery store next to the avocados. it was avocado merch.

back in 2015ish i lost 3 relatives + a dog all within a few months and i swear the grief i felt back then is nothing compared to how i feel since the only vietnamese place AND the only middle eastern place in my home town both closed this year. there are shawarma & pho shaped voids in my soul
