Okay just ran this back through my head. I don't think I realised how it might not occur to everyone to look up the diagnostic criteria and make sure I have mentally organised all of my thoughts in such a way I have an example of everything they're gonna ask me about so I'm not caught off guard... 🫠

I got a 9/9 in all 4 diagnostic categories on my ADHD assessment. Good to see that my "mustoverachieve" brain took the test seriously and look! I ACED IT. Also, my assessor was an Autism Specialist. Gotta get referred for an Autism assessment for some bizarre reason! Totally out of the blue. 🤔
