It's Scale Model Challenge in Eindhoven next weekend. I'll be there on Saturday & Sunday with a couple of models in the Standard Fantasy class.

If you're reasonably local, it's worth your time. Very well run show and HUGE too. I've been a few times and always enjoy it.

I do like a reddish Martian base on a model. All my Space Wolves and upcoming Ultramarines have that. But I did do this madness for Armies in Parade a few years ago ...

My experience over 30 years of them has improved in each generation. The utility is greater as a phone than as a loudspeaker.

Although since the Nokia 7110, they've not inspired me or looked cool.

Mobile phones are a blessing and a curse. I have no idea why dickheads talk into them like communicators from Star Trek but it needs to stop. Urgh.
