It really does. At the same time, I’ll admit I am slow to take these events and convert them into plots as I know a lot of folks are striving to avoid the news during the sessions. Depends on the table, really.

He’s definitely on the level of creator aiming more for clicks than actually thoughtful content. Glad to see him do charity work like his recent campaign to feed folks but he’s very surface level at times.

Honestly, I think he needed to do a lot more research on this. He's got the vibes right but a lot of the details were vague or inaccurate, and he needed to do more to explain how and why designers might choose to use the tech.

There's also a TON of AI-generated slop on Kickstarter, something he implies isn't there. I keep a very close eye and there's plenty of smallish campaigns.
