I have a love-hate relationship with tagging things. One one hand I love to be tagged myself, but on the other hand unless I have a way to tag ALL my followers it feels exclusionary and I don't like it.

I mean, it might not work for everyone. But since I started doing this eight months ago, I've seen a lot of improvement and figured I could share. I haven't found much else that helped me.

The Manuka honey is something I use topically on the area. I just use regular honey (wildflower, orange, whatever) with the Oolong.

And yes, I had been drinking green tea and not seeing any effect for about two years prior. Unfortunately. 😔
