Problem is that we let Grav do that at the expense of Wirtzy having to drop deep.

My impression of him was that of a very good but not elite defender. Might be wrong but remember him a lot more as a left back.

Went under the radar that in their previous game, Khephren Thuram made 92 out of 103 passes for France, won 5/5 of aerial duels, made 14 passes into the final third & had a shot on target.

Slowly but surely coming into his own for club & country.
