My dad told me it was my job as a citizen to vote. I turned 18 in 1996 too, so maybe there's something there. Idk caring about how our government does shit seemed very important (and still does).

When my friends kid was young I exclusively went to her house. Because kids are expensive, going out costs money, and kids are unpredictable. I took 2 fucking buses to hang out with her because that's what friends should do.

Damn I somehow missed this news. I'm so sorry! The things they're doing with cancer these days is pretty awesome, my "uncle" just beat stage 4 prostate cancer that was caught impossibly late.

I pull back on the heat, personally. But it's a very good chicken taco mix. I like the black beans for fiber (I put beans in everything). But it makes for easy dinners when we're burnt out (he cooks professionally).

I make a big batch in the slow cooker of chicken taco meat and then portion and freeze. We usually do tacos one day and then make a "taco salad" which is just leftover taco fixings over Fritos. Very gourmet

I talked to my mom on Thursday, she wasn't feeling well. Something like vertigo? Texted and called yesterday to check on her, called again today. Zero response.
So she's probably fine? But idk she could also be dead in a ditch somewhere.
