Converting recipes from cups to grams isn't as simple as just changing the measurements. The weight of sugar is different from say salt or milk. So the numbers are variable. 1 gram isn't 1 gram if that makes sense? If you look at the aqua cal I posted it gives you an idea of the variables.

I'm having so much trouble staying motivated today. I have an extremely tedious job ahead of me, adding inventory items from a spreadsheet into a proprietary database. But I have to do it manually, and one at a time. So... ugh...

This happens in New Orleans also, the suburban folks come in for the game & leave their gun in the car (because can't take it into the dome). Then because folks know they do this, all the cars get broken into and guns get stolen.
