Yeah glad the sound is right, and turns out due to some relaying the info the system doesn’t sound right (running too quick) ended up finding slight errors in how Ares emulates the TMS9918 video chip, so all systems that uses it has been ever so slightly improved.

We didn’t know much about the system when I was getting this to work, when I left it it was slightly more accurate than MAME was.

But turns out I got some timeing errors but now such errors have been worked out by the Ares team and as far as we’re aware the core is now 1-1 with the real deal.

Fun fact:
— In July of 2023, I had chickenpox and I wanted to do a coding project and i wanted to get back into emu dev.

In the time I was sick I leaned how Ares worked and made the MyVision core.

Currently only 4 of the only 6 games have been dumped. 😔

Extremely rare My Vision console for sale on Yahoo! Auctions. Currently sitting at 35,000¥.

The console, released by Nichibutsu in 1983 only have 6 games. This particular unit seems to be in working condition, which is even rarer.

A small victory! Chat Control has been tabled for now, but it can [and likely will] be brought up for vote again in December
