Realised that I’m now treating funny viral videos in the same way footballers celebrate goals —

1) initial joy,
2 sudden panic it might be AI/offside
3) lengthy investigation as joy saps away
4) conclusion, joy modulated through fatigue if proven legit/onside, but angry and gutted if AI/offside

It’s those early crosses. Catches a lot of teams out and causes chaos for defenders and keepers. There’s nothing fancy about him most of the time and he knows what he’s good and does it well.

That was a very good performance. Elanga and Gordon looked bright. Thiaw and Botman at the back like rocks.
Sandro being the best midfielder in the world.
And Big Nick looks the absolute business doesn’t he. His hold up play, he passing, his vision, brilliant. Can see why Bayern wanted him.
