I’m quitting smoking whilst trying to increase my exercise whilst at the same time trying not to binge eat, maintain a calorie deficit but not too low so that I’m starving myself because that leads to more binging whilst smoking makes me quit working out and I’m trying to work and sleep also so yeah

I’m watching Trump’s speech from the Knesset and he’s rambling again.

This is a strange situation where Trump has achieved a massive foreign policy coup even if it’s done for personal reasons. The hostages are home, aid is returning to Gaza & it was all solidified in 10 days. Biden didn’t do that

Until last year I thought that in ‘I Won’t Say’ from Hercules the Muses were singing ‘Check the Queen, you’re in love’ as a clever chess metaphor for being trapped by love but, no, thy just sing ‘check the grin, you’re in love’. It’s the grow on grin I misheard… somehow.
