My granddad told me a story about how he went to see T.Rex live and they were blown off the stage by young upstarts Aerosmith. I have never found any proof they actually played together alas (possible he had the former confused with Mott the Hoople)

Galaxie 500 are one of the prime culprits behind the scourge of twinkling in rock music and for this they must be punished. Maybe it never occurs to Phoenix to start making laptop commercial music without them. Lives could have been saved

So far most of the stories are good. I understand why anthologists do the "not every story in this is intended to frighten" bit and to this particular collections credit it doesn't really advertise itself as a "horror" collection, THAT said I wish we'd keep this stuff separated tbh
