I am surprised at how deeply emotionally upsetting I find the White House destruction. Like amongst the heat death of a livable ecosystem and extrajudicial killings and rampant human rights violations, I almost feel guilty at how much those photos have made me actually tear up.
There's also the issue that Elon started charging to use the Twitter API (Bluesky's is free). That broke all of the cross-posting apps.

The original “Matt Foley, Motivational Speaker” sketch at The Second City in Chicago in ‘90 with Chris Farley, Jill Talley, Bob Odenkirk, Holly Wortell and Tim Meadows. Killed every single night. Tim is on “Colbert” tonight by the way.
Too bad because as a player he's exactly who we need.
There's a time and place for e, audio, and paper books and they're all great.
Not surprisingly, my opinion on this has changed since I started getting older and forgetting stuff.
