When Ms. Power starts writing music articles for the IT, my subscription will end there and then.

🤣

He's incredibly popular, I've no idea who the man is, but he'll pack the place out. Fair play.

Sneery as fuck article in the Times yesterday, Power, of course.

Good pressing, on side 4 now....Solitary Shell on the way!

ToT still not up on my local store site, I've emailed them. Golden Discs say they have it, but I don't trust them. You'll order, and then you get a "Soz, lol" email.

Good luck, Amber!

You too, Mr. R.

Heading for your walk?
Nice day here for the parkrun. The weather has settled, no rain all week, & none on the horizon.

That's right, I was OK with either, having seen FNM lay waste to Slane the year before, supporting Axl & his extensive wardrobe.

Deadly! It's such a cool album.

Oh my, Matt! Did you give it a stream first?

I know. I was young, and part of the Aero Force.....I KNOW.

Still am.

Where's OUR documentary???

Around 3 months after Neil & co., I had to lie to my manager that my girlfriend was pregnant, just so I could see Aerosmith. If I told him I wanted a day off for a concert.....LOL...FUCK OFF.

LUCKILY IT WAS A FALSE ALARM....🤣

Crazy. And the sun shone.

A few weeks later we were at Neil Young & Booker T., Van Morrison, Pearl Jam, & I think Elvis Costello made an appearance. 2 weeks later I got a real job & everything turned to shit...🤣

Last saw Sugar in the summer of 93....

What a day.

My 2nd of 3 Faith No More gigs in just over a year.

The magnificent Moodies. Picking this one because it shows what a great bassist the late John Lodge was. The little run he does during the Legend Of A Mind crescendo is a thrill.

I love them, they could be twee, they could be prog, they could be pop, sometimes all 3 in the one song.

Exactly, Irene, exactly!!!

Absolutely, her story is so genuinely upsetting. Every time the demons were beaten, some other fucker came along and resurrected them.

The LIST did not contain one artist who used the harmonica as their main instrument. Absolute fruitcakery.

Here's the Master of the Blues Harp, Little Walter.

🤣

Another mad inclusion.

Janis was a singer of everything. Such a pity she had such a lumpy dull band behind her.

And no Willie Dixon. The record company man. The writer. The producer. The player. The everything. No sign. But here's Jimmy Page.

Paging(!) Alanis Morissette.
