marcy quoted the typical body mass as 18-21 g. typical human requires ~0.7g/kg etoh to be proper drunk, so 13mg ethanol would make a phoebe drunk. however, phoebes are not humans and do not process alcohol as humans do (humans are v good at dealing w etoh) so prob 7mg etoh would be sufficient
