No release was ordered within 60 days. The appellate panel ordered Cannon to decide the issue within 60 days. Big difference. And, I have no confidence that she will do the right thing when she finally gets around to it.😡

Good luck!
We took in a bonded pair of 12-week-old kittens 4 years ago. We were only looking for one companion for our 4-year-old cat. Still, adopting the pair that had already bonded has turned out to be a win for all three, as well as for us. 😻
