He's very slowly coming out of his shell. Observing him early this morning I see he plays. I think he may just be very scared of people. He does like being petted and scratched if you can convince him he's safe. Slow progress is still progress.

A few of my passengers from Salt Lake to Blackfoot, Idaho yesterday. They're part of a rescue from a hoarding situation in New Mexico. 22 dogs in the van. Drove the 2nd part of an all-day trip from Kanab in southern Utah. They were happy to unload!

Cortado has met Enoki & Moki and has played patty-cake with Chappie under the door. He's on gabapentin and that may have mellowed him a bit. He'll let me pet him and clean his eyes. He's going to get better, but it won't happen immediately. ❤️

One of the last photos of the foster kittens from last night. They were such a joy! Enoki & Chanterelle were the purveyors of mayhem, while Morel, the black long-hair, was the mellow cuddler. Go find purrfect forever homes little ones! ❤️
