Grove is usually not a morning person, but on the misadventure he would get up to watch the sunrise with Astarion.
Post game, he only sees night (vampire moved in), but Grove still loves to sleep in. The only way to get him up on time is to bribe him with sweets.

No. Darius is raised with activity mostly at night, sleeping away the day, AND he moved in with a vampire in the post-game.

While on the tadfools adventure he lived on coffee but the first tendays he "functioned" with nearly no sleep at all.
