Brett Kavanaugh's behavior during today's second oral arguments has been incredibly obnoxious and rude. He is so eager to kill a service member's lawsuit against a negligent government contractor that he keeps interrupting other justices, raising his voice, and getting emotional. Weird and erratic.

Everyone who follows the news already knows where this is headed.

Orwell. A police state. An authoritarian regime that disappears people—including citizens. Think Pinochet as a starting point.

The problem is that those who don't follow the news *don't* know where this is headed. We must tell them.

The world's 10 richest people (nearly all from the U.S.) are collectively $500 billion richer this year thanks to growth in stocks tied to AI.

Meanwhile, data centers are sucking up communities’ water and electricity.

AI is making the rich even richer while everyone else pays the price.
