Is that an Australasian Darter!? 😍They're one of my faves. There was one by the local riverway & I used to see him laying down on the banks, wings spread, sunning himself & enjoying the baked dirt, & then he'd hop/jump up a tree & spread out his wings. I miss seeing him. It's been 1.5 years now :'(
