I note that it was a 3-2 approval. The garage is 2 storeys to allow for a home office for the owners (who will live there). Staff opposed, as did not quite half of the CoA members.

Very happy to have gotten my client’s new 4plex approved today at Committee of Adjustment. Garden suite was already under construction (almost done). Massive property that will be put to much better use. Ready to be 6plex, when council allows.
