-- Nearly half of recruits couldn’t pass an open-book written exam.

If we have to pretend they should never be held accountable for their words and deeds-why? Why would we bother to do that? There are 7 billion people on this planet. 350 million right here in the US-bet we can find an honest candidate who doesn't have to run from a racist past or one who is 150 yo.
