The thing about Chantilly is that when she's awake she's like happy energetic playful little puppy. However what may not be immediately evident is the fact that she sleeps 15 hours a night and then takes a 3-4 hour nap everyday

anyhow. go my freak ass deer images (ive been accidentally getting decent at drawing deer. which is a funny side effect of au shenanigans)

a reference showing the differences between a standard white tailed deer and one that is a fae creature. The fae creature is much darker in color with bright orange/gold eyes and is thinner than a deer should be. There is a secondary form where the fae deer takes on canid traits like a tucked waist and different hocks. The canid deer also has a longer tail and paw-like hooves. The shape resembles a greyhound.
There is text describing how the canid deer form is only for private areas, this seems to be a secret the character keeps from others.

thinking about one of my chars i just gave a certain accent to because literally everyone envisioned them with it. and another one who i cant do this with bc the accent is narratively important but fascinate me nonetheless with how consistent the assumption is

Cooloola monsters are weird, chunky insects endemic to South East Queensland, Australia. They're probably related to king crickets (Anostostomatidae), but not much is known about their evolution. The wingless females live permanently underground. #EverydayEnsifera
