It could be in some scenarios honestly it depends who you ask, if you have good performance with a 4k monitor the higher refresh rate one may be worth it, you may just have to turn vsync on a bit more

4k one would look super nice but its harder to run games at that resolution, personally id probably go 1440p but both those monitors are really nice
