These are agents who were sent AFTER the violent insurrection was well underway. Kash Patel issued a statement that said that after a fringe right wing outlet reported it falsely. But Trump chooses to run with the lie from them rather than the statement from his FBI Director.

The last two phrases of the first Amendment are just as important as the others.

The people have the right to peaceably assemble. History has shown that tyrants will put enforcers out to confront protesters and attack at the least provocation. Too often, the provocation is done by planted agents.
