This was Anthony Blinken’s carefully crafted & negotiated plan. After meeting with Trump, Netanyahu refused to sign. Trump promised to end the war on day 1, but didn’t. Trump did not develop or negotiate this plan. He simply finally forced Netanyahu to comply.
