The Senate candidate who the suit was filed on behalf of has asked for a recount of both the Senate and Presidential races but there’s a chance the judge could say no to the Presidential recount as it isn’t relevant to the suit.

Rockland County has not been ordered to do a hand recount. The case is pending a motion to dismiss.

The case is likely to be dismissed and since Harris isn’t even a party to the suit, I’m unsure why it would affect the midterms.

The case was filed on behalf of a fringe Senate candidate who got 0.2% of the vote.

I don’t know how it would be illegal.

As long as the rabbi isn’t directing people’s vote from the pulpit it isn’t a violation of tax law.

The bloc voting strategy used by the Orthodox Jews in Rockland County is well documented.

Politicians specifically (like Gillebrand) make trips there and to other Jewish strongholds to meet with the influential rabbis and secure the voting bloc.

Biden got zero votes in those precincts in 2020

It wasn’t the county, it was five precincts. Looking into Orthodox Jewish Bloc Voting explains the result. Gillebrand got the votes because she met with the rabbis who control the voting Bloc.

Biden got zero votes in those same precincts in 2020.

It looks suspicious from outside the area.

And even if it was used, it’s not like registrars of voters pressed Send and never looked at the totals recorded by the state.

There are checks and balances built in at every level to review transmitted numbers and ensure they are correct. This process goes on for weeks as they clear ballots

Almost 98% of the country votes on paper ballots.

An Internet Service Provider cannot change the ink marks on a paper ballot.
